By browsing this website, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The website is owned and operated by Sidhartha / AT Impex for selling Sidhartha Kala Namak Rice. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

We try to describe and photograph our rice as accurately as possible. However, product images are for representation only and the actual pack, packaging, or grain appearance may vary slightly due to natural produce, photography, and screen differences.

Current bundle prices are 1 kg for ₹410, 3 kg for ₹1150, and 5 kg for ₹1850. Prices, offers, and bundles are subject to change and product availability may vary. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at checkout or confirmed by us at the time of order confirmation.

You can place an order through WhatsApp and/or by completing payment online. After you select a bundle and quantity and share your details, your order is submitted to us for confirmation.

Online payments on our website are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway that supports cards, UPI, net-banking, and wallets. By paying online, you also agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms.

• You are responsible for providing accurate and valid payment information.
• We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details — these are handled by Razorpay.
• If a payment fails, is charged twice, or is deducted without an order being confirmed, please contact us and any eligible refund will follow our Refund Policy.

We deliver across India. Orders are packed and shipped through Shiprocket and its partner courier companies, and tracking details are shared with you where available. Shipping is free on orders over ₹999. Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by your location, courier schedules, and circumstances beyond our control.

Please make sure the details you share — name, phone number, address, and payment information — are correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or payment issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Any health, nutrition, or low glycemic index (low-GI) information on this website is shared for general awareness only.

All content on this website — including text, photos, design, logos, the Sidhartha brand, and GI-tag related content — belongs to us or our partners. You may not copy, reuse, or misuse any of it without our written permission.
