We keep cancellations simple and customer-friendly. You can cancel your order before it is packed and dispatched. Once it has been handed to our courier for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched through our logistics partner, you can cancel it free of charge. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is for us to stop the order in time.
Once your order has been packed and handed to our delivery partner (Shiprocket and its courier), it is already on its way. At this stage, cancellation may not be possible. If there is a problem with what you receive, our Refund Policy will help instead.

If you paid online through Razorpay, any eligible refund for a cancelled order is processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay, as described in our Refund Policy. If you paid offline, the refund is made to the same account or another method we mutually agree on.
